Leeto has served and led different  sports and recreation committees in South Africa KwaZulu-Natal and held numerous leadership positions in and outside the sporting fraternity.  Passionate about sport, social development and wellness of individuals, he has organized several successful sporting events in partnership with some big corporate brands in different sporting codes such as soccer and netball. Having served in the health sector, he has led several sporting initiatives promoting healthy lifestyle and wellness. His leadership in management of some sporting clubs has seen him bring success and positive change to the clubs.

 

Stepping It Up 

Now based in Qatar, he has taken Vision 20 SMA on to the international stage fostering relationships in the Middle East and creating opportunities for soccer players under the agency.

Phelelani Ngema 

 

Phelelani possesses a vast knowledge of the game and has an eye for talent which has led to him forming his own soccer team that has dominated in and outdoor soccer tournaments in South Africa KwaZulu-Natal and produced players who have gone on to play at the highest level in PSL. Having played for clubs like Jomo Cosmos, Witbank Spurs and Golden Arrows, he knows what it takes for players to make it in the game. Highly rated as a player, he was unfortunate to have not played at the highest level but has since made it his mission to ensure that young and upcoming talents have a better chance to one day represent their country on the sporting field.
